Psychological, pedagogical and systemic support for development, stability and relationships.
Get in touchWe integrate psychological, pedagogical and systemic perspectives and create individualized concepts for people, families and institutions.
Our work is preventive, resource-oriented and relationship-based — with the goal of enabling development, strengthening stability and fostering healthy relationships.
Our work is inspired by contemporary educational approaches and is continuously reflected and refined. We do not work with standardized programs, but with individually designed concepts adapted to the specific context and needs.
We work with: children in emotionally challenging developmental phases, parents experiencing overload, uncertainty or transition, families in phases of change, crisis or stress, educational institutions, clinics and professionals.
A core element of our work is the development of our own methods and tools. Based on our long-term practical experience, we have developed an approach integrating psychological, pedagogical and systemic perspectives.
We do not work with standardized programs, but with individually designed concepts adapted to the specific context and needs.
Rather than reactive
Rather than deficit-focused
Rather than isolated
Rather than purely functional
We view development as a process that requires relationship, space, time, material and professional attitude.
— Our Core Belief
With over 22 years in early childhood education, pedagogical leadership, and international consulting, I founded Kids & Co. Consulting to deliver personalized, culturally sensitive support for children, parents, and institutions around the world.
Fluent in English and German, I began my career more than 20 years ago as a state-certified educator in Germany, specializing in intercultural pedagogy, integration, and inclusion while collaborating with the Department of Education and Sport.
I later established and led several daycare centers, including an exclusive bilingual (German/English) nursery, and served as Pedagogical Consultant and Quality Manager for independent and non-profit organizations.
I understand the realities busy, career-driven parents face: intense schedules, constant transitions, cultural adjustments, and the challenge of staying connected to their children amid global mobility.
For the past three years, based in China, I've partnered with international clinics to support expatriate families, many of them high-performing professionals from leading global companies.
Until today I helped over 300 families and more than 1,000 children across Europe and Asia. Certified in facilitating philosophical dialogue with children and adolescents, I draw on developmental psychology to foster emotional awareness, critical thinking, and resilience through meaningful conversations.
What inspires me most is seeing those breakthrough moments: a child finding words for a feeling they couldn't name before, a busy parent finally feeling truly seen and supported despite their demanding life, or a team discovering fresh ways to reach the children in their care.
I bring together everything I've learned to help families thrive, no matter where life takes them.
We believe that sustainable development emerges where people feel seen, understood and respected.
